Why you should use click and collect

At lowcostschoolbooks we are not just an online site, we also have retail stores which provide an extra layer of security and peace of mind when you make your purchases.

Any item purchased online can be returned or exchanged in any of our retail stores in Carlow, Kilkenny or Waterford.

Many of our customers choose to place their order on-line but collect in store when their order is complete.

Because of the short and busy nature of the back to school season some titles can become unavailable due to shortages in a print run or transport delays with publishers. Using our click and collect service removes the need to make multiple visits to a bookstore as we contact you when the order is filled. Sometimes this may delay completion of your order for a few days but we do this for our customers convenience. If you do not wish your order to be held to completion please let us know and we will dispatch straight away with the products in stock at the time.

On occasion and especially with new titles, the publishers will advise us of delayed availability of titles until August or even September. In these cases of long delay on availability we will complete your order and back order the unavailable title.
